Thank you for considering our products!
We are a small team and will do our best to fulfill your online orders as accurately and efficiently as possible. We will always communicate with you in a timely manner if any issues arise.
Processing and shipping orders
Our team works from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm EST, to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays observed in Ontario.
Provided the items you ordered are in stock and your order was not placed during a peak period, your order will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received.
Please note that during peak periods⸺including the months leading up to Christmas, new product launches, or sales periods, as well as special occasions such as Mother's Day and Father's Day⸺, we receive a large number of orders, which may result in processing or shipping delays.
It is important to note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your order may take longer to ship if the items you have purchased were not in stock at the time you placed your order.

Shipping in Canada
Packages are shipped via Canada Post by regular mail or ground courier service (depending on the product, the quantity purchased and the size). Rates are based on the weight and the size of the package. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For more details and to see shipping costs, please review the rates below. Please reach out to us for specific shipping and handling questions.
Greeting cards and bookmarks
Once orders have been processed, greeting card and bookmark orders are shipped and should arrive by regular mail within 3 to 12 business days in Canada, depending on your location.
A tracking number is included with orders of seven (7) or more greeting cards or bookmarks. Please refer to the tables below for more information.
Fine art prints
Original art, open edition and limited edition prints (Fine art prints)
All fine art prints are made to order. They require a slightly longer turnaround and delivery time. Making products on demand rather than in bulk helps reduce overproduction. We appreciate your consideration.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of fine art prints.
If your order includes fine art prints and greeting cards and/or bookmarks, they will be shipped at the same time. If you prefer your items to be sent in split shipments or if your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. To avoid using oversized boxes, we ship fine art prints measuring over 20" in width or length in individual tubes, so orders that include fine art prints may arrive in more than one container. All shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the items in your order and will be confirmed during checkout. Please refer to the tables below for more information.
Pre-orders
If your order includes a "pre-order" item, your entire order will be held and shipped as soon as the pre-order item is in stock. If you wish to receive separate deliveries, you will need to place separate orders online and pay for shipping charges for each order.
Your mailing address (Shipping)
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide current, complete and accurate account information for all purchases made at our online store. Please ensure that you promptly update your account and other information, including your shipping address, email address and credit card number and expiration date, so that we can process your transactions and contact you if needed. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and results in your package being returned to us, you will be liable for the additional fees required to reship your items.
